We are partnering with a local organization that is looking to add two Assemblers to their production team!

Pay: $16.50/HR - $17.50/HR

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Essential Functions:

Use hand tools and operate production equipment to manufacture medical devices and ancillary products. Follow drawings, guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Manufacturing Technicians must be able to distinguish different colors and have vision acuity to perform the essential functions
  • Manufacturing Technicians must able to read, write, speak, communicate, and follow directions in English.
  • Manufacturing Technicians should have excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to grasp, manipulate, or assemble parts and components.
  • Manufacturing Technicians must know basic math, be able to use computers, and perform measurements in both English and Metric units.
  • Modern production systems require assemblers and fabricators to be able to use computers, and robots on the factory floor.
  • Manufacturing Technicians must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods (4 hours) and perform repetitious work.
  • Manufacturing Technicians must be strong enough to lift components tools, equipment and machinery, preferably up to 50 pounds.
  • Manufacturing Technicians must be able to understand work instructions, blueprints, and schematics for a wide range of components, assemblies, tools, and equipment.
